Components

All the units supplied by us are constructed by using various glass components. Some PTFE, metal, and electrical items are also used to complete the unit. These components are manufactured in standard sizes, and are also available as spares. All the standard items are listed below. Customised tailor made items for particular requirements can also be made on request. Unless stated, all the items are of Glass.

Pipeline components :

Pipe sections ; from 25mm dia to 600 dia, in various lengths from 100mm to 1500mm.

Spacers; Glass / PTFE; from 25mm dia to 100mm dia, in various lengths from 1mm to 25mm.

Bends; from 25mm dia to 450mm dia, in 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80°, 90°, 100° and 120°.

Equal Tees; from 25mm dia to 450mm dia

Unequal Tees; Glass; from 40mm dia to 600mm dia, with side branches from 25mm dia to 300mm dia

Reducers; Glass; from 40mm/25mm to 600mm/450mm.

U bends; Glass; from 25mm dia to 100mm dia, without / with bottom outlet.

Blinds, Closures, Hose connectors of 25mm dia to 150mm dia.

Valves :

Straight through (Line) valves, Angled valves, Drain valves, Flush bottom valves, Non return valves, Pressure relief valves, Gas mixing valves, Vent valves etc All valves from 25mm to 80mm size.

All valves are glass body, PTFE plug, and bakelite bonnet.

Vessels :

Spherical vessels; from 5 litre to 200litre capacity, with various standard configuration of nozzles, with plain bottom outlet or with seat for flush bottom valve.

Cylindrical vessels; from 5 litre (100mm dia) to 300 litre (600mm dia).

Cylindrical vessel covers; with various nozzle configurations.

Thermometers pockets, Dip pipes, Gas sparging pipes for above vessels.

Heating mantles (Electrical), vessel holders (metal) for above vessels.

Heating bath (Electrical) for above vessels, bare / insulated, non flameproof / flameproof. Decantors, with / without adjustable overflow valves, from 20 litre to 200 litre, spherical / cylindrical

Stirrers :

Stirrer rods, for above vessels, with plain / vortex type / propeller type blades.

Stirring assemblies with bellow seal (for 10 torr) or mechanical seal (for 1 torr).

Stirrer drives (electrical), flameproof / non flameproof, 0.5 HP, 3 Phase

Speed regulators (electrical) for drives; voltage variance, AC regulators.

Heat exchangers; Coil type :
